When the NRP Group asked A.M. Design Group to develop an identity for one of NRP’s newest affordable housing communities, we jumped at the chance to engage creatively with the first-time client.
There were two immediate challenges: the new property was in North Carolina — and still under construction. Despite the basis for creative direction being limited to a market study and architectural renderings, NRP’s marketing team excelled at filling in the gaps for A.M. Design Group. The final identity delivered just what the client sought: a logo and stationery that affirmed the property’s aesthetic and functional appeal, while echoing NRP Group’s standards.
