The Cleveland Clinic works hard to put “Patients First,” but also recognizes that this value is expressed most clearly through the company’s employees. The employees embody corporate values by their personal, compassionate work to benefit patients. In appreciation of and care for these caregivers, Cleveland Clinic came to A.M. Design Group for a poster campaign highlighting the Caregiver Experience Survey.
A.M. Design Group gave these posters some lift by highlighting individual caregivers as examples of corporate values. Cleverly-designed portraits and personal statements capture attention, inspire employees, and encourage survey participation. The client was very happy with the finished work and even plans to continue the messaging platform after the completion of the survey.
