| The One That Got Away – Almost Have you ever walked from a presentation thinking, “That went very well,” only to get, “Thanks but no thanks; we will keep you in mind for future projects.” It doesn’t happen very often, but this was one of those rare occurrences. As is our practice we thanked the prospect for the opportunity to create awareness regarding our capabilities and wished them every success on the project. Well, the future was sooner than A.M. Design Group thought – approximately 4 months. We recently were awarded the proposal the “second time around.” The client was so disappointed with their original design vendor’s effort that A.M. Design Group redesigned the project completely, to a very satisfied client. We are already onto the next project for this new hi-tech manufacturing client! |
