A.M. Design Group is first and foremost our client’s advocate. We collect printing estimates on a level playing field – no favorites. We know which printers are capable and at what price-points. If a printer makes a mistake on a print-run, we step in to right the wrong. Recently this occurred when A.M. Design Group received printed samples of a project hot off the press. We immediately observed that the printer omitted a protective varnish that had been requested in the printing specifications. With a phone call to the client (who was unaware of the ommission) and a call to the printer, the job was reprinted and delivered correctly. Client advocacy with third party vendors is the key to successful relationships. That is an A.M. Design Group value.
